The NFT is planned as a holder pass: access to members-only features, governance, airdrops of its token, community challenges and possible trait upgrades, with no need to burn the NFT to get them. $OUTLAWS is meant to pay for marketplace listings, collectibles, bounties and launchpad services, introduced as those products ship. Places go to whitelist applications (reviewed one by one, starting from your X account), collaborations and a public mint.
