By using elysiumeco.xyz (“Elysium Eco”, “we”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What we are

Elysium Eco is an independent, community-run website about Elysium. We are not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Kinetiq, the Elysium team or Hyperliquid. When we work with a project, we say so on the site.

2. Testnet data

The site currently shows data from the Elysium testnet. Testnet tokens have no value. The numbers we show come from public blockchain data and our own indexer: they can be late, incomplete or wrong.

3. Not financial advice

Everything on the site is for information only. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A project or token listed on the site is not a recommendation. Crypto is risky and you can lose everything: do your own research.

4. Projects and links

We list projects and link to sites we don't control. We are not responsible for their products, their tokens or what happens when you use them. Scams exist: always check addresses and links before you sign anything.

5. Referral links and partners

Some links on the site are referral links: when you use them, we may receive a share of the fees you pay. It costs you nothing extra. Ascend is our partner.

6. Your account

  • You sign in by signing a plain text message with your wallet. It is not a transaction: it costs no gas and gives us no access to your funds.
  • We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer.
  • Only claim wallets you control. You are responsible for your wallet and everything done with it.

7. Profiles and content

You are responsible for what you put on your profile (name, bio, pictures, links). It is not allowed to:

  • impersonate a person, a project or the Elysium team;
  • post scams, phishing or malicious links;
  • post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
  • spam, or use bots and scripts to farm quests, XP or badges.

We may hide, change or remove any profile or content, or mark a wallet as automated, at our discretion and without notice.

8. XP, badges, quests and leaderboards

XP, badges, quests and leaderboards are there for fun and to recognise the community. They have no monetary value, can't be transferred, and are not a promise of any airdrop or reward. We can change their rules, start new seasons, fix mistakes, and remove XP or badges obtained through abuse. Any bonus we give is at our discretion.

9. The site itself

The site is provided “as is”. It can have bugs, go down, or change. We can change or stop any feature at any time.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including trading losses, decisions based on information shown here, or the actions of third-party projects.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
