A maker funds a vault for a pair and posts two-sided prices that expire after 2 seconds. Anyone can call a probe at an unpredictable moment: each bonded vault scores a point only if its quote is fresh, tight, deep and backed by tokens it really holds. A sponsor's reward pot is split by points at the end of each epoch. Takers swap through Plumbline's router, which fills against the best live vaults; a fill that fails because a vault didn't hold what it quoted slashes 20% of its bond, half to the taker, half to the honest makers. An early prototype with demo tokens, unaudited.
On ElysiumLive on the Elysium testnet since Oct 19 (v2 contracts since Oct 26), with two demo makers quoting WHYPE against a demo dollar. Shown in the builders' chat on Oct 25.

How these numbers are read
Volume, trades, launches, sales, stakes and TVL: read from the project's own contracts on the Elysium testnet (last Oct 27, 10:09 UTC). Wallets and transactions: our indexer reads every block and counts the different wallets calling its contracts (last Oct 27, 10:09 UTC). X followers: from the public profile, four times a day. Contracts: Listed by its builder in the project's code (tags deployed-99801-2026-10-19 and deployed-99801-v2-2026-10-26); each one checked on the chain (Oct 27): its vaults and campaigns emit thousands of events. Dollars: testnet HYPE at that day's Hyperliquid price, test USDC at $1; testnet tokens have no real value.
